Beauty Bar — From Empty Space to Profitable Business

An empty space, no audience, no reputation and no existing customer base. The goal was to build a recognizable beauty brand and profitable business from scratch.

My Role

Founder, Brand Manager, Marketing Strategist, Business Owner.

What I Did

Developed brand concept, positioning and visual identity. Built customer acquisition channels through Instagram, VK, Meta Ads, partnerships and loyalty programs. Managed pricing, financial planning, team hiring, training and customer experience.

Challenge / Start

An empty space, a new business, and the need to create a brand and attract clients from zero — Beauty Bar started with no audience, no reputation, and no ready-made customer flow.

Developed the brand concept, positioning, visual identity and tone of voice. Defined the customer experience, service standards and brand communication to create a recognizable and consistent local brand.

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

Built customer acquisition and retention channels through Instagram, VK, Meta Ads, referral programs, partnerships and loyalty initiatives. Created engaging content, organized promotional campaigns and community events, including themed customer experiences such as the Barbie Breakfast, to strengthen brand awareness and increase customer retention.
